For organizers
Run your card show
Hiroba is software for card-show organizers — the floorplan, the vendor tables, the tickets, and the emails that go out around a show. You publish for free. You pay a take-rate when a table or a ticket sells. There is no subscription.
What you get
- A live table map vendors buy from, instead of a static PDF and a spreadsheet.
- Floorplans for the hall, including a public map attendees can browse.
- Attendee tickets with QR check-in at the door.
- Vendor applications with AutoPay — save a card now, charge when you accept.
- Automated emails: reminders, day-of notes, and a thank-you after the show.
- A post-show report so the next one is not rebuilt from memory.
What it costs
- To list a show: nothing. Publishing is free.
- Attendees: 5% + $1.00 per ticket · Vendors: 5%
- Vendors pay the listed price; your 5% covers everything, including card processing — there is no separate Stripe line. Ticket buyers pay face value; platform and card-processing fees come out of your side there.
- No subscription, no plans, no seats.
Who this is for
Built for promoters who already run card shows — hotel ballrooms, fairgrounds halls, monthly shop events — and are stitching together a form, a spreadsheet, and a PDF map today. Hiroba is in limited launch; the waitlist is how a new organizer asks to be let in. Existing teammates still sign in at /signin.
