Tickets, entry and refunds

Where are my tickets?

Your tickets were emailed to you as QR codes when you bought them — that email is the ticket, so keep it. You can also pull them up any time at hiroba.io/my-tickets: enter the email address you bought with and we send you a sign-in link. No password.

I can't find the email with my tickets.

Check spam and search for the show's name. If it still isn't there, sign in at /my-tickets and use Resend on the ticket — that mails a fresh copy to the same address. If the address you bought with has a typo in it, email us and we can fix it.

How does entry work at the door?

Show the QR code on your phone. Staff scan it and you are in. A multi-day pass lets you in on that many separate days of the show, and it only counts a day the first time you are scanned on it — leaving and coming back the same day is unlimited and does not use up a day.

Can I get a refund on a ticket?

Refunds are the organizer's decision, not ours — they set the policy for their own show and issue the refund from their dashboard. Contact the organizer of that show first. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will help you get to them.

A show I bought tickets to was cancelled.

You are refunded automatically when an organizer cancels a show, and you get an email telling you so. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Stop emailing me about future shows.

Every promotional email we send carries an unsubscribe link in the footer — one click, no sign-in. It stops marketing email from that one organizer, and the page it opens also offers to stop it from all of them. Show logistics for a ticket you already hold (times, venue, cancellation) keep sending, because those are about a purchase you made.

Selling at a show

Tables, payments and your vendor portal

How do I book a table at a show?

Open the show's page and choose Register as a Vendor. You pick your own table on the live floorplan — the exact fee is itemized on the order summary before you pay. Some organizers take payment immediately; others review applications first and only charge your card once they accept you. The screen tells you which one you are in.

How do I get back into my vendor portal?

Go to hiroba.io/vendor/portal and enter the email you registered with — we send you a code. There is no vendor password to forget. From there you can see your shows, your badge QR, your payment history and your public profile.

My card was declined after the organizer accepted me.

Your tables are held for 24 hours and are not released to anyone else in that window. Sign in to your vendor portal and use Update Card on that show — that is all you need to do. The organizer then re-confirms and the charge goes through. Miss the window and the tables go back on sale, so do it the same day.

I paid a deposit — how do I pay the rest?

Your vendor portal shows the balance owed on each show with a Pay Balance button. You can pay it any time before the show.

Where is my vendor badge?

It is emailed to you as a QR code once your payment goes through, and it is also in your vendor portal under the show. Staff scan it at the door on setup day.

Can I change my table after booking?

Table assignments belong to the organizer — message them directly and they can move you. We cannot reassign a table on an organizer's floorplan for them.

Running a show

For organizers

I cannot sign in to my organizer account.

There is no self-service password reset yet, so the fix is the same whether you have forgotten your password or see a message about a new password being required — that second one is an account state you cannot clear yourself either. Email support@hiroba.io from the address on the account and we will reset it for you.

Why can nobody buy tickets or tables for my show?

Three things have to be true: the show is published, it is marked public so it appears in the directory, and your Stripe account is connected under Settings. Payments cannot be taken at all without Stripe connected — that is the one that most often gets missed, because everything else looks finished.

How much does Hiroba cost?

There is no monthly fee and no plan to choose. We take a cut of what sells, withheld from your payout — vendors and ticket buyers always pay the face value you posted. Exact amounts are on every transaction in your Financials screen.

A vendor or attendee emailed you instead of me.

We will point them back to you. We do not make decisions about your show — refunds, table assignments and entry are yours. Replies to most automated vendor messages already go to your account email.

Something is broken or a number looks wrong.

Email support@hiroba.io with the show name and roughly when it happened. Screenshots help a lot. If money is involved, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.
